This therapeutic process can aid in managing life's challenges and improving overall quality of life.
Life can feel overwhelming, but rediscovering yourself can feel incredibly empowering. Together, we can pave your path towards improved emotional health and well-being.

Hi, I’m Will Fitzgerald, Registered Psychotherapist with CRPO. I offer virtual therapy for people of all ages and take a holistic, down-to-earth approach to the work we can do together. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped to work through whatever challenges you're facing—whether it’s anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, or something else on your mind.

I pull from a variety of approaches depending on your needs, including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and EMDR therapy. I believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I aim to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to you.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, staying active, and finding ways to recharge and stay grounded.
Wherever you’re starting from, I’m here to support you in moving toward the life you want.

Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and it can be hard to figure out what’s next on your own. Whether you're feeling stuck, misunderstood, weighed down by stress, relationships, or emotions, you don't have to go through it alone.
Hi! I’m Sophie, a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). I offer Ontario-wide virtual therapy services and specialize in supporting teens and young adults (ages 12+) experiencing depression, anxiety, academic and work stress, relationship issues, suicidal ideation, and self-harming behaviours.

In our sessions, you can expect a safe and judgment-free space where you can talk openly and feel supported. I’ll meet you where you’re at, and together we’ll figure out what works best for you. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to help you build coping skills, gain perspective, and make changes that feel realistic and meaningful.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me browsing local thrift shops, rewatching the Harry Potter movies, or searching for the next best coffee spot in the city.
If you’re thinking about making a change, I’d be happy to support you and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
